The Code of Conduct

Human resources professionals recruit and hire employees, administer policies and procedures, and manage employment actions. They stand between management and the employees, acting as an advocate for both. These professionals must adhere to the highest standards of personal and professional conduct to faithfully carry out their responsibilities, gain the respect of management and employees and ensure the company is in compliance with federal and provincial employment law.
